Internal Control Executive

The Internal Control Executive will support the Internal Control Manager in strengthening Zalora’s internal control environment. This position is responsible for assisting in control reviews, supporting risk assessments, and helping to drive process improvements. The Executive Internal Control will also support and coordinate with the Group Internal Auditor on internal audit and enterprise risk management activities as needed.

Duties & And Responsibilities:

• Support the Internal Control Manager in executing internal control reviews and testing across business processes and functions.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and documentation of internal controls over financial reporting activities.
• Help identify control gaps, assess risks, and recommend effective remediation actions.
• Support and coordinate internal and external audit processes, including preparing documentation and assisting the Group Internal Auditor with internal audit engagements and enterprise risk assessments as required.
• Assist the Internal Control Manager with system access management matters, including reviewing, monitoring, and maintaining appropriate user access controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive process improvements and promote a strong control culture.
• Prepare reports and presentations on control findings, remediation progress, and risk assessments for management.
• Stay updated on best practices, regulatory changes, and industry trends related to internal controls and risk management.
