Working as part of the Delta Capita (DC) Global HR Team, and reporting into the Regional APAC HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring that DC has access to the best talent in the marketplace for open roles and to build a strong pipeline for the future roles. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focussed on attracting talent to DC in line with and to support our ambitious growth plans. The role requires someone skilled in engaging talent for roles across all business lines and all levels.


Key Responsibilities :

  • To drive a positive candidate experience from initial engagement to onboarding
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to, drafting role descriptions, posting vacancies, head-hunting, long and shortlisting, candidate screening, interviews and making offers APAC
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand current and future business need
  • Identify and engage with talent through social media, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Headhunt candidates to build a pipeline and network of talent for DC
  • Support line managers in building interview capability where needed
  • Ensure that all recruitment activity is reviewed from a diversity and inclusion perspective to minimise the risk of any bias and ensure access to the broadest possible candidate base
  • Provide support to the recruitment team as required
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Humanities or related field.
  • Prior experience in a recruitment / headhunting agency would be an added advantage
  • End to End Recruitment experience
  • Experience of recruiting across some of the following areas (Graduate – Senior Hires); Consulting, Trade Support, Middle Office, Post Trade, Operations, Derivatives and KYC/AML
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing organisational context
  • Collaborative approach – both with HR colleagues and business stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively on own initiative
  • Strong communicator and confident networker at all levels
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
