Position Advertised: International Student and Teacher Officer

(Full time / Junior and Secondary School / Monday-Friday)

Position Objective:

Stonyhurst International School Penang (Nursery-Year 13) is seeking a Data Adminstrator to join its dedicated team. The International Student and Teacher Officer will be in the Admissions Department, providing all round support for the School. The International Student and Teacher Officer will be required on campus between 7.30am-4.45pm Monday to Friday.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate with teachers for required documents, form signing, and contract execution.
•  Coordinate with parents and students for required documents, form signing, and contract execution
• Becoming the guarantor under the Personal Bond Regulation 18 form and following up with authorities when the need arises
• ESD (Immigration) online submission for Employment Pass and Dependent Pass
• Complete forms on the ESD online platform.
• Monitor application status on the immigration (ESD) website.
• Manage emails from Immigration (ESD) regarding approval/return/notification.
• Prepare payment documents after ESD approval for Endorsement sticker at State immigration.
• Any other duties that is required for the International Student and Teacher Officer role.

Skills and Qualifications

• SPM or Bachelor’s degree in any other related field
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously
• At least two years of working experience in the International Stuednt and Teacher Officer's job functions
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
