RESPONSIBILITIES - Logistics Intern
- To assist on documentation e.g., cross-checking PO and invoice checking from transporter.
- To assist on filling documentation e.g., delivery order & customer PO.
- Maintain proper filing system.
- Any ad-hoc data analysis upon request.
- Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
RESPONSIBILITIES - HR Intern
- Support recruitment related activities.
- Assist in staff engagement & arranging related activities.
- Assist in New Staff Orientation arrangement.
- Update department’s filing system & database.
- Verifying monthly attendance, overtime & allowance submission according to the timeline given.
- Involve in e-poster, e-card & e-leaflet design.
- Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Business Studies / Logistics / Supply Chain / Human Resource / Psychology or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (e.g.: Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Minimum internship period: 3 – 6 months (preferable begin on end of April / early May 2024).
