Responsibilities:

• Responsible for General Administration & Management Tasks.
• To support day-to-day operation function.
• Assist team members in calling customer(s) for verification purposes.
• Candidates fluent in mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• To assist in compiling data for business reporting purposes.
• Work with a team of young and dedicated colleagues with a great personality.
• Assist with the other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Required language(s): Mandarin & English
• Willing to work in Kuchai Lama.
