Internship for Business Studies/Finance /Human Resources Management Students - Urgent Hiring

Administrative Support:

• Assist in training, training record, meetings, and conferences.
• Maintain and update organizational databases and filing systems.
• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and other documentation as requested.
• Any ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang
• At least 4 - 6 months internship period
• Required skill(s): independent, good interpersonal skill, good command in English and Bahasa, MS Office.
• Opportunity to be converted to permanent after internship.
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent, able to multitask and attention to details.

Finance Support:

• Assists in daily income collection and bank transaction updates.
• Assists seniors in verifying payments and invoices.
• Keep track and documenting financial documents.
• Assists in data housekeeping for accounting system migration.
• Performing other relevant support activities as and when required.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent
• Familiar with Microsoft office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Minimum duration of 3-6 months
• Must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang
