Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative PR Intern specializing in influencer marketing and social media to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the fashion industry, trends, influencer management, and marketing. They will play a pivotal role in identifying, reaching out to, and collaborating with influencers whose style aligns with Jump From Paper's aesthetic.
Responsibilities:
1. Influencer Identification:
- Research and identify influencers on various social media platforms whose style complements Jump From Paper's brand identity.
- Utilize tools and platforms to track relevant influencers and emerging trends in the fashion industry.
2. Outreach and Negotiation:
- Develop outreach strategies to engage with identified influencers.
- Initiate contact with influencers through personalized messages, emails, and calls.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, including content creation, promotion, and partnerships.
3. Content Coordination:
- Collaborate with influencers to plan and coordinate content creation, including photoshoots, videos, and other promotional materials.
- Provide guidance and support to influencers to ensure that the content aligns with Jump From Paper's brand values and messaging.
4. Video Production Communication:
- Liaise with influencers and internal teams to coordinate video production efforts.
- Provide support and assistance during video shoots, ensuring that the content meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
5. Sample Tracking and Management:
- Manage the distribution and tracking of product samples to influencers.
- Ensure timely delivery of samples and follow up to confirm receipt and usage.
Requirements:
- Passion for the fashion industry, trends, influencer management, and marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
