Internship (Interim Regional Trainer) - Positive Work Culture

Job Summary:

You will play a part in:

• Inductions for New Joiners
• New Hiring Training for – Barista, Supervisor & Store Manager 
• Follow ups on Trainings Tracking records. 
• Conduct On-Boarding – HQ & Operations (PDB)
• Coordinating external training as the need arises
• Assist in setting up new outlets with all required training materials.
• Conduct continuing education training.
• Conducting classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training.
• Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of the programs.
• E- Learning Platform – Modules/SOPs Developments & Review
• Monitoring employee performance by liaising with line managers and department heads.
• Validation on candidates done on quarterly basis.
• Maintain necessary records, data, statistics, and information relative to the operation of the training division.
• Carry out any other duties which could reasonably fall within the scope and responsibility. 
• Provide performance feedback on outlets.
• Any other duties as required by the Manager – Capability & People Management

Vital skills for this role include:

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices (An added value)
• Good knowledge of data analysis procedures
• Good practical experience with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in Bahasa & English
• Interactive Presentation Skills
