Internship Program - Human Resources - Hiring Immediately

Join our team as a Human Resources Intern and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, talent branding, administrative tasks, employee onboarding, and project participation.

Responsibilities:

• Support HR operations and recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening, and coordinating interviews to develop talent pipeline.
• Assist with recruitment drive and talent branding initiatives to engage with potential talents.
• Manage administrative tasks, maintain records, update databases, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality in HR documentation.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, create a positive experience, and provide necessary support and coordination.
• Engage in diverse HR projects, driving innovation and leading diversity and inclusion efforts for real impact.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
• Preferably a minimum of three (3) months' internship period to maximise learning and contribution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new HR software and tools.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources, with a passion for making a difference in people's professional lives
• Active involvement or participation in co-curricular activities is considered an added value.
