What's your job scope like?

-Provide good customer service to meet tenant's expectations with regards to complaints.

-Regular liaison with service contractors to ensure that all service provided is in accordance with the agreed service level

-To ensure that the physical built environment is in a good state of repairs.

-To ensure that the building services of the building are in good working condition.

-Liaise with the Local Authority and utility companies to ensure all services and issues are resolved expeditiously.

-To assist in the preparation of monthly Property Management reports and sustainability reports

-To assist the facility management team during the annual building audit

-To assist in carrying out annual customer satisfaction surveys and feedback to tenants

-Other additional tasks required to carry out by the management

-To do billings, update on daily requests from the tenant

Who are we looking for?

• Candidates pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Building Management, Administration, any other relevant certification.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and proactive.

Other internship specifics:

• Duration: At least 3 to 6 months (preferably 6 months)
• Working location: Sunway Velocity
