• Videos on property knowledge.

• Techniques for inviting and managing client visits. 
• Comprehensive property selling skills. 
• Advanced closing techniques. 
• Mortgage and property financing knowledge. 
• Real estate market analysis. 

We offer various training programs to ensure you learn:

• Marketing Assistance:

Aid in creating marketing materials, including social media content to promote properties and services.

• Listing Management:

Assist in managing property listings, ensuring accuracy, and updating information across various platforms.

• Property Inspections:

Accompany agents on property inspections, learning to assess property conditions and identify potential issues.

• Shadowing Agents: 

Observe and learn from experienced agents during negotiations, closings, and client interactions.

• Attending Training Sessions:

To be considered for this role, here are the skills we are looking for: 

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to speak, read and write in Mandarin are more advantage
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Good communication and customer service skills
