INTERPRETER CUM SECRETARY (JAPANESE SPEAKING) (REF:WJ) - Collaborative Environment

About the Company

A Japanese leading supplier of medical equipment, health supplements, beauty products, and living goods.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpreter to GM (Japanese to Malay) during meeting customer. 
• As Secretary to GM to prepare Document needed from GM.
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
• Taking minutes and prepare minutes of meetings, reports, correspondence and presentations.
• Assist GM in booking of air flights, accommodation and prepare travelling itinerary.
• Responsible for interpretation and performing translation from Japanese to Malay or Malay to Japanese for every event sales.
• Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Posses Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply. 
• Required JLPT N1 or N2 
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to do interpretation from Japanese to Malay or Malays to Japanese
• Able to work independently with little supervision 
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Location : Bandar Menjalara, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 3.30pm
