Inventory Assistant - Urgent Position

EDUCATION:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma (Higher / Advanced). Fresh graduates encouraged to apply

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum one (1) year of working experience preferable in warehousing/inventory.             

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

• Required language(s): Necessarily able to converse in local dialects, good command in spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Initiative, responsible, task-oriented, self-disciplined and good team spirit to work in a work place with a diverse culture
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

SKILL:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications & computer literate
• Auto Count System
• Strong Communication skills across all levels of organization

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:

• Inventory reconciliation between in-house tracking system and the physical counts.
• Responsible for data entry on packaging usage & alert for re-ordering
• Monitoring Inventory & raise PO
• Assist for daily ordering when needed
• Handling customer OEM renewal agreement
• Provide support in audit for stock batch traceability
• Perform Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

( 5 working days) 

( Rotational Saturday working day with replacement leave if required)
