我们是欧洲美容和头皮护理产品的独家总代理,已有30多年的历史。我们是Laboratoire Dr Renaud和Vagheggi的总代理。我们的办公室位于Mont Kiara / Taman Bidara。

我们正在扩大团队,诚邀请充满活力的人加入我们的团队。

寻找会计助理兼开单书记,协助日常开发票、电话客户服务,并进行簿记工作。

 

开单

  • 准备电子发票和销售相关文件。
  • 确保电子发票准确。
  • 接听电话并接受客户的订单。
  • 电话客户服务友好且以客户为导向。
  • 协助基本簿记。

 

要求:

  • 至少拥有SPM / STPM。簿记相关证书。
  • 欢迎应届毕业生申请。
  • 对美容和护肤充满热情
  •  所需技能:懂电脑、MS Excel、MS Word、会计软件(E-Count 和 SQL)
  • 首选语言:华语和英语。
  • 具有团队合作精神,具有优秀的人际关系和沟通(口头和书面)能力。

We're an exclusive master distributor for Beauty and Scalp Care products from Europe for over 30 years. Master distributor for Laboratoire Dr Renaud and Vagheggi. Our office is based in Mont Kiara / Taman Bidara.

We're expanding our team and sincerely invite energetic people to join our team.

Looking for Invoicing Clerk to assist in day-to-day invoicing, tele-customer service with bookkeeping for our organisation.

 

Invoicing

  • Prepare e-invoices and sales-related documents.
  • Ensure e-invoices are accurate.
  • Answer phone calls and take orders from customers.
  • Friendly and customer-orientated in tele-customer service.
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping.


 

Requirements:

  • Possess at least SPM / STPM. Bookkeeping-related certificates.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Passionate in beauty and skin care.
  • Required skill(s): Computer literate, MS Excel, MS Word, Accounting Software (E-Count & SQL)
  • Preferable language(s) : Mandarin & English.
  • Team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
