Simpang Empat, Alor Setar, Kedah

Qualification :-

• Minimum 6 years experience in Housing Development
• Diploma in Architecture or other related course (Inspector of Work Architect)
• Good knowledge in Architectural materials, finishes and civil works
• Proactive and must have the ability to work independently and to interface

with all levels of the organization

• Good technical (Architectural and Civil)
• Knowledge / know how of building construction and able to assess good

construction practice and quality

• Able to communicate effectively with client, authorities and site issues
• Self discipline & mature with good interpersonal skill
• Good knowledge of AUTO-CAD and writing skill
• Duration project 1 year (12 months) *subject to Extension of Time
