Purpose:
Responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the company's IT systems, including computer hardware, software, network infrastructure, servers, and IT equipment to ensure smooth business and production operations.

⢠Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, printers, and IT equipment.
⢠Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, operating systems, and business applications.
⢠Assist in managing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and Internet connectivity.
⢠Support server administration, user accounts, email systems, and file sharing services.
⢠Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues promptly.
⢠Perform system backups, software updates, and antivirus maintenance.
⢠Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and technical documentation.
⢠Support ERP, MES, attendance, payroll, and other business systems.
⢠Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance, equipment procurement, and technical support.
⢠Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity requirements.
Requirements
⢠Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
⢠Minimum 2â3 years of relevant IT support experience. (If for Assistant, minimum 1â2 years).
⢠Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and server administration.
⢠Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri, 8am to 5:30pm
