IT Business Analyst

As a business analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technological solutions. This position entails the analysis and comprehension of organizational processes, the identification of improvement opportunities, and the formulation of effective solutions to elevate efficiency and productivity.

What you will do

• Gather requirements by identifying user needs and recommend solution to client.
• Develop user requirement document, functional specification, test scripts, user guide and training material for solutions.
• Act as a liaison between development team and stakeholder throughout the implementation.
• Support application testing, implementation and training activities (where required).
• Constantly identify area for process improvement.
• Analyzing, developing and proposing enhancements to current business processes, reports and applications in order to optimize system effectiveness.
• Assist Project Manager in project related matters including coordinating project activities, chairing meetings, prepare meeting minutes.

Job Requirements

What you will need

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Business Studies / Management or in any related fields
• Preferably 1-2 years working experience in banking / insurance / finance / accounting industry
• Familiar with enterprise resource planning (ERP) processes, digital transformation, customer and user experience channels.
• Able to work in a fast-pace environment and able to adapt to changes quickly.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
• Outgoing and resourceful self starter with strong interpersonal skills and communication ability.
