Job Description:
- Manages and delivers end-to-end IT Solutions.
- Performs Business Case analysis with business users and converts everything to Functional Requirements.
- Manages the technical team to design and implement the proper system enhancements/projects.
- Performs Quality Assurance testing on enhancements and Projects.
- Provides Technical Support on existing Solutions.
- Documentation of Business Requirements and Technical Docs.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related fields preferred.
- Around 0 to 5 years of professional experience in business analysis.
- Must have knowledge/experience with any ERP type of software and have expertise in at least one area/module.
- Must have knowledge/experience in project management and End-to-end solution delivery (SDLC).
- Strong Communication and leadership Skills.
- Strong Analysis Skills, understanding, and comprehension.
- Willing to travel overseas as needed in short to medium term durations.
