1. Business Strategy / Strategic Vision
• Advocate for GTI products and align regional objectives with CTO priorities.
• Act as a strategic liaison, harmonizing regional aspirations with the CTO’s mission, managing financials, project portfolios, and operations in the Region.
• Implement the CTO strategic roadmap while ensuring and communicate regional needs.
•Support leadership in HR & legal administration, resource allocation, and vendor management, aligning with the region’s needs.

2. Impact on Business Results
• Drive regional performance in infrastructure and operations, including innovation and application continuity.

3. Process & Projects
• Manage technology processes, products, and standards related to CTO organization.
• Champion the Agile Framework and delivery model, ensuring a responsive and adaptive IT environment.
• Manage crisis communication and escalation processes, maintaining operational integrity during critical incidents.
• Collaborate with Regional CIOs, IT Market leaders, and CTO tribe leaders to advance the regional infra & tech agenda.

4. Managerial Complexity
• Lead diverse and globally distributed teams, driving innovative IT solutions and performance for the region.
• Engage and partner with global and regional stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Anticipate travel within the region and to HQ in Paris for strategic alignment and collaboration.

About you

• Over 15 years in the technology domain, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of operational IT and technological trends.
• A tech-savvy leader Expertise in infrastructure, IT Operations, and tech trends.
• Experience in Agile Frameworks, with a strategic mindset.
