IT Engineer

• Helpdesk, troubleshooting, and day-to-day technical support responsibilities for the Win/Mac user environment.
  
• Manage and maintain the Win/Mac environment at a reliable and consistent service level.
  
• Interface and coordinate with vendors for contracts, purchasing, break/fix, maintenance, and outages.
  
• Ensure information security policies and controls for data, systems, and services are appropriately in place and functioning as required.
  
• Provide support to global/regional IT initiatives, as relating to local server and desktop needs.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3~5 years experience in a Windows XP/7, Mac OS X, and Windows Server 2008/2012 environment.
  
• Minimum 3~5 years experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues on Macintosh and Windows workstations and laptops.
  
• Minimum 2~3 years experience with Windows Server 2008/2012 administration and support.
  
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and Macintosh software including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• 
  Self-starter, confident and results driven, able to multi task.
  
• Excellent communications skills with end users and team members.
  
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
