- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and consultants to understand business requirements and design IT infrastructure solutions that leverage Huawei networking, VMware ESXi with active-active clustering, Veeam backup solutions, FIDS, and FSP.
- Develop comprehensive architecture plans that encompass hardware, software, network, and security components, ensuring seamless integration of the specified technologies.
- Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, specialists, and internal teams to ensure a unified approach to IT infrastructure design, specifically focusing on Huawei, VMware, Veeam, FIDS, and FSP.
- Facilitate communication channels and meetings to gather input, provide updates, and address concerns related to the specified technologies.
- Oversee the implementation of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines, with a particular emphasis on Huawei networking, VMware ESXi clustering, Veeam backup, FIDS, and FSP.
- Work closely with project managers to identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address issues specific to the technology stack.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and vendors based on project requirements and organizational goals.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of IT infrastructure components, focusing on the specified technologies (Huawei, VMware, Veeam, FIDS, FSP) to ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices.
- Implement quality assurance processes specific to the technology stack.
- Ensure that all IT infrastructure design and implementation activities align with the specific requirements and expectations set forth by the employer.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders to confirm that project deliverables meet or exceed the employer's standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations on new tools and methodologies, especially those related to Huawei, VMware, Veeam, FIDS, and FSP.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven at least 5 years of experience as an IT Architect with expertise in Huawei networking, VMware ESXi clustering, Veeam backup solutions, FIDS, and FSP.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willing to based in KLIA, Sepang.
