Responsibilities:
- Provide helpdesk support on IT software and hardware related issues.
- Perform administrative works on network monitoring, system security, backup and disaster recovery. Make sure all systems are secured and in compliant with IT policies.
- Define and maintain network VLANs. Audit and enforce network access policy.
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT devices such as computers, printers, phones, switches, routers and wireless APs.
- Explore new products and technology to improve business efficiency.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
- Have excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure technology. Possess good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision. Also able to work and communicate effectively with local and corporate teams on improvement projects.
- Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
- Knowledge in setting up and maintaining Microsoft Exchange, File Servers, Active Directory, DHCP and Virtual Farm.
- Knowledge in setting up and configure network switches, Firewall and wireless routers.
- Knowledge in setting up and handling IP phones and Call Manager.
- Experience in maintaining backup system is an added advantage.
