IT ENGINEER - Positive Work Culture

JOB OBJECTIVE

1. Responsible for the company’s network, email communication, servers, client desktop & notebook setup, backup, cyber security, and maintenance. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 

1. Ensure the functioning of company network & server.
2. Responsible in planning of scheduled maintenance for servers and disaster recovery
   simulation.
3. Responsible to update MIS related procedure for ISO.
4. Leading IT Assistant Engineer in MIS related activities & support.
5. Perform daily (working day) monitoring on server including backup, pattern file /
   patches updates, email traffic, attendance download, CCTV server and Internet
   access.
6. Provide service to client / end user as to support on daily operation.
7. Create and maintain user access to server.
8. Coordinate with external approved parties related to IT.
9. Involvement in continuous improvement program.
10. Participate in other team projects related to IT.
11. Carry out project as assigned by the Manager.
12. Maintain cyber security programs. 

AUTHORITIES 

1. IT infrastructure system administrator level access to perform main responsibilities and duties as stated on item 3. 
2. Diploma/ Higher Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science or relevant fields.
3. Minimum 2 years of working experience preferably in MIS related field.
   Solid skills in Microsoft platform environment, security, server backup &
   client applications.
