IT Executive

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• To provide daily support for company computer users and to ensure timely response and resolutions
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure the reliability and security of the company's IT systems and data and to conduct regular audits and assessments
• Ensure software licensing compliance and proper usage within the organization.
• Coordinate with departments to understand software requirements and provide solutions.
• Perform administrative support and scheduled routing of IT Housekeeping
• Maintain all IT hardware including servers networking systems, mail servers and CCTV
• Maintain company ERP, Payroll and POS systems and any other newly acquired software.
• To carry out any other IT assignments as and when required

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sungei Besi.
• Ability to start immediately will be an added advantage
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
