IT EXECUTIVE (Cyber Security & Technical Support) - Room for Advancement

Responsibility

• Setup and maintain server (physical, virtual, cloud) computers, networks, smart surveillance of CCTV, ELV and security / Firewall, video conferencing and Cloud SaaS support.
• Administrator M365 with collaborations in Exchange Email, SharePoint, Defender and other Microsoft Apps.
• Cyber Security compliance knowledge - Phishing simulation and Cyber Security Awareness Training engagement with employees.
• ERP SAP administrator and support - Analyze and resolve issues related to support or project development. Basic in SAP Crystal Report.
• testing and evaluate new technology and application, Able to justify and provide thought process in proper documentation.
•  Troubleshooting, debugging and documentation the IT incident for future transfer knowledge.
• Provide system training to staff members and technical lead, mentor, provide guide to Junior officer/assigned staff for system related matter.
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship and communication.
• Provide technical support to end user.
• Ensure and monitor daily system backup.
• IT Asset management and inventory keeping.
• Maintain and keep up-to-date for all IT related documentation.
• Vendor engagement on activities and new project implementation.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
• 2 Years of relevant IT support and Server, CCTV, IP PBX and security control system, application maintenance and configuration experience.
• Knowledge of C#, .Net, SQL, scripting, HTML, Power shell, office application and crystal report software is a plus.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving and good communication skill.
• Preferable candidate who can speak Bilingual language well.
