FITSON was founded in 1994 and is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) specializing in producing Mother & Baby care products with a 100% export to some of the biggest baby product companies.
What do you need do in this role:
- Develop and maintain industry-specific mini-applications tailored to meet the unique needs of our organization.
- Compile and analyze data from various sources to generate meaningful insights and support informed decisionmaking.
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.
- Write, test, and deploy scripts to automate repetitive tasks, increasing operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization and business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
What do you need to have to be successful in this role:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science, or any other IT related field. Required skill(s): MS Excel, Python ,C/C++.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
- Good Written & Verbal communication in English, able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO is an added advantage.
- Able to multitask & work overtime when required.
