Mainly in charge of providing 1st level support for all incidents triggered by an alert/event from the monitoring system which includes verifying reported outages, providing correct diagnosis, and escalating the issue to the relevant teams for major incidents.

Job Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance over the phone or email
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and by asking pertinent questions related to issue
• Fulfil the assigned change requests as per standard process flow
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel and ensure accuracy of the details provided
• Prepare daily report to management

Requirements

• Candidate with a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in IT service and support operations
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft windows application, O365, Active Directory, hardware and software troubleshooting
• Good communication skills in Mandarin (Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the business nature requirement)
• Good customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in 12 hours shifts (8am-8pm / 8pm-8am)
