• Set up computer and network systems and troubleshoot problems.
• Provide technical support remotely.

• Repair and replace equipment as necessary.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma/ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good communication skills for providing remote technical support.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The business has also expanded to Kuantan as which located at East Coast and Air Putih.
