Purpose:
Responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, cybersecurity, and IT hardware, to ensure stable, secure, and efficient business and production operations.
Responsibility
⢠Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers.
⢠Administer and monitor LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
⢠Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
⢠Monitor server and network performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize system downtime.
⢠Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
⢠Implement and maintain IT security measures, including endpoint protection, firewalls, access control, and system updates.
⢠Support ERP, MES, email, database, and other business-critical applications from an infrastructure perspective.
⢠Plan and execute server, network, and infrastructure upgrades and expansion projects.
⢠Maintain IT asset inventory, system documentation, and network diagrams.
⢠Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for infrastructure-related issues.
⢠Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, maintenance, and technical support.
Requirements
⢠Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field.
⢠Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network, and server administration.
⢠Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.
⢠Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
⢠Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri, 8am to 5:30pm
