Responsibilities:
- Perform and ensure daily IT operations are running smoothly, HQ and branches level.
- Provide daily technical support to end users (including PC, Printers, Server, CCTV), software and internet connection.
- Installing, supporting, configuration, troubleshooting and maintaining hardware, software, server and network infrastructure.
- Responsible for daily data backup, restoration, disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Perform periodic system health check (antivirus) and maintenance on servers, storage and network security devices, for HQ and branches level.
- Maintaining and update Company’s website, social media and E-Wallet.
- To devise creative, create and lay artwork for advertising and promotion.
- Liaise with internal and external service providers, venders and consultants.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience in IT/Computer-Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Responsible, committed and a good team player.
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills, able to work independently & copes well under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interface at all levels of management and external parties.
- Applicants must be willing to travel.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Malay & BC.
