IT Operations Assistant G5 - Join a Leading Company

Under the general supervision of the National Finance officer and technical supervision of TEC Unit in Regional Bureau Bangkok, the IT Operations Assistant will be responsible to deliver high-quality technical support, system and data maintenance in order to contribute to the effective delivery of IT services. The selected incumbent will be in charge of the following duties, including but not limited to : troubleshooting and technical assistance to users in the areas of computer hardware, software, telephone and network systems, managing the IT assets, Procurement of IT and communication equipment/software, participation in interagency networks/meetings, etc… The IT Operations Assistant will work closely with the TEC Unit in the Regional Bureau and WF P Headquarters. The ideal candidate should be proactive, flexible and able to work well in a multicultural and multi-disciplinary context and to demonstrate good client orientation, attention to detail and teamwork skills. The IT Operations Assistant will be required to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
