IT Project Manager – Business Application (Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Support new IT projects implementation related to MRO business applications, system integration, and digitalization efforts across the company business. Ensuring all projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholders’ business expectations effectively to ensure all deliverables are completed and mitigate risks in a timely manner.
• Works with internal cross functional teams and external vendors to perform technical execution of solutions including requirements gathering, solutioning, development, testing, training and deployment.
• Manage integrations and extensions among different systems and applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation throughout entire project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to IT security, data privacy, and technology governance to protect company assets and mitigate risks.
• Any other IT related functions when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information System, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working IT experience in IT application management, IT project management, ERP implementation, IT solution delivery, or related field. (Manufacturing, Aviation, MRO industry experience is an added advantage).
• Good knowledge in IT enterprise systems, cloud technologies, access management systems, Productivity tools (SharePoint), SaaS, and Digital Technologies.
• Experience in deploying or supporting ERP system (SAP or Oracle), Aviation Maintenance System (TRAX), Warehouse management system, CRM, HRIS/HRMS and/or Financial System (SAP B1).
• Good knowledge in Supply Chain process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Result oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and team player.
• Dynamic, highly committed, and able to work well under pressure in highly regulated and business critical environments.
