Job Functions
Job functions:
- Liaise with users to analyze current business processes, evaluate user requirements and recommend solutions to bridge the gaps in SAP SD, Billing and Shipping (LI) systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising from SAP SD module and/or interfaces to other SAP modules and other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising from Billing and Shipping (LI) systems and/or interfaces to other systems.
- Work on configuration changes in SAP SD and related modules.
- Develop functional specifications for SAP ABAP and Legacy System Developers to carry out programming tasks.
- Conduct functional tests for SAP ABAP and Legacy System developments before releasing to business users for acceptance.
- Deploy the system changes.
- Work closely with other functional teams to continuously enhance the integration with other enterprise systems.
- Provide relevant system and user documentation for SAP SD, Billing and Shipping (LI) systems.
Qualification
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related qualification.
Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 cycles of SAP SD implementation and rollout projects, preferably in manufacturing industry and SAP ERP ECC6.0 environment.
- Good understanding of functional processes in other SAP modules (particularly SAP FICO, MM and PP) and the integration between SAP SD and other modules.
- Good understanding of sales order management, billing, pricing, credit management and shipping functional processes.
- Capable of working on complex projects which require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical and business domains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
