IT Senior Manager - Unlimited Growth Potential

Requirements

• Over 5 years of work experience in IT infrastructure-related positions.
• Familiar with the IT application requirements of the manufacturing industry, with rich project experience, and familiar with various business processes in the manufacturing industry.
• At least 2 years of team management experience with a team of at least 3 people.
• Familiar with network-related hardware and software systems, various current infrastructure construction, operation, and management.
• Proficient in mainstream operating systems such as Windows, Linux, servers, database management, etc.
• Familiar with MES and related peripheral systems, such as WMS, SAP, etc., and able to assist in MES system requirements investigation, functional scheme design, system testing and acceptance, user manual writing, etc.
• Strong expression ability, excellent communication and coordination skills, fluent in both Mandarin and English.

Responsibility

• Responsible for the IT infrastructure support work in Malaysia, including network, servers, HELPDESK, as well as IT room construction, operation, and current project promotion to ensure the normal operation of the factory's IT system.
• Participate in the management of intelligent manufacturing projects, providing basic support and solutions to implementation issues of new projects.
• Maintain the information security work of the business unit, conduct information security advocacy, ensure zero accidents, zero leaks, zero downtime, and zero data loss.
• Responsible for the construction and management of the IT team in Malaysia.
