• Position            : IT solutions service Sales Manager
• Location      : Bandar Puteri, Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia
• Working hours   : 5 Days/ Office hours
• Salary (commensurate with experience)     : Up to 12,000 MYR per month + 600 MYR for transport allowance + Commission + Performance bonus + Mobile reimbursement + 18 to 21 days Annual leave
• Duration      : Perm
• Industry      : IT solutions service provider industry - Process Automation, AI, Cloud Solutions, (SCM) Supply Chain Management, (ERP) Enterprise Resource Planning, (WMS) Warehouse Management System and other SI solutions

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving Quarterly / Annual Target for our suites of solutions including but not limited to Process Automation, AI, Cloud, Supply Chain Management, Retail, System
• Integration Solution sales and ERP Solution.
• Hunting for lead generation and pipeline building across Malaysia, mainly in the central region.
• Ability to farm accounts for long term conversion.
• Accountable for identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with prospects and clients.
• Develop sales strategy for key target accounts and run marketing campaigns along with
• Marketing and Business Development Representative team.
• Engage in consultative selling with the ability to convert business challenges into IT enabled
• solutions and effectively position/sell solutions/services.
• Engage in the scoping of assignment, engagement, solution creation, RFI/RFQ/RFP responses, and client presentation.

Requirements:

• At least Degree in Business or Computer Science.
• At least 5 years in solutions selling with a good track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be a good team player.
• Domain knowledge in Supply Chain, Retail and System Integration with hands on experience and the ability to understand business needs.
• Preferred experience in SCM, WMS, Retail, Process Automation & System Integration Solution sales with capability of market business development initiative.
• Experience in ERP and AI selling is an added advantage, other software solutions experience can be considered.
