Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)

• Providing L2 support and guidance to end-users experiencing issues or seeking assistance with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Microsoft Navision
• Assisting in basic configuration tasks within Business Central, such as user setup, permissions, data entry, or basic system settings.
• Identifying and diagnosing system issues, performing initial root cause analysis, and implementing solutions or escalating problems when necessary.
• Maintaining accurate records of reported issues, solutions provided, and changes made to the system for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assisting in monitoring system performance, executing routine system checks, and contributing to system maintenance activities.

What do you need to have for this role? 

• Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/ Technology
• Proficiency in troubleshooting basic Navision-related issues, understanding system configurations, and diagnosing problems related to user access, data entry, or system functionality.
• Ability to analyze reported issues, perform basic root cause analysis, and provide solutions or workarounds in a timely manner.
