If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a IT Specialist-Production Support-Unit Trust Regional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (MY-14), Malaysia (MY).\n\nRoles/Responsibilities\n\n * To provide system support and manage enhancement for Unit Trust application.\n * Systems specializing in the Unit Trust Domain. \n * Perform Level 2 and 3 of production support.\n * To perform problem investigation \u2013 problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition and implementation.\n * To work closely with users to understand their needs \u0026 issues. \n * To manage system risks and conjure improvements to mitigate and manage risks\n * Liaise with vendor on the Scope of Work, enhancements progress and fix implementations.\n\n\n\nRequirements\n\n * Application Technical Support on Java and Oracle Database.\n * Platform Knowledge on windows, UNIX/Linux (Solaris) \u0026 WebSphere web deployments. \n * Strong application knowledge Unit Trust origination and workflow systems.\n * Hands-on experience on Windows and Unix scripting, MS-DOS working experience and support.\n * Knowledge in Banking IT environment will be a plus.\n * 24 x 7 on call support.\n * Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same capacity.\n * Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills. \n * Proactive and team player.\n * Willing to work at Cyberjaya\n * Able to work with cross border colleagues.\n * Familiar with tools/practises such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum Methodology\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
