Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)

Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions.
Design, develop, test scenarios and test cases and deploy the application.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on virtual server, windows server/ Linux Server & network connection.
Responsible to communicate with different country of IDC (Data Centre)
Responsible for creation of all system documentation, prepare backup procedures, and ensure these are kept up to date.
In charge of server preventive maintenance, back-up procedures, network and PC.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or CCNP certification with at least one year of experience in professional networking or A high school diploma or equivalent is also mandatory.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in technical support
Experience with setup & maintenance of windows servers, virtual machines, remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall.
Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
Motivated in problem solving.
Oversea job assignment if requires.
Able to work as a team and independently.
Able to read & write in Mandarin will be advantages.
