Job Description:
As part of our Operation and Support team, you will be focused on support work as well as on-going internal and external technical support. This role requires critical and creative problem solving skills to bring new ideas into reality through the feedback of new applications and services. This role will also involve significant amount of brainstorming, teamwork and creativity.
Job Function:
Issue tracking – external issues (subscribers - software) and internal issues
Perform 2nd level of troubleshooting of the incident ticket escalated and do analysis of the tickets accordingly.
IT Asset management – tracking of IT hardware within the organization including monitoring, preparation and troubleshooting.
Preparation of review reports on issues (external and internal), users and assets.
Maintaining predefined response time and escalation of issues reported (external and internal).
Preparing the support knowledge and upload it inside Knowledge Base.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required – however, fresh graduates with excellent academic results are also encouraged to apply
Required skill(s): Problem solving and analytical attributes. Basic computer troubleshooting skills e.g. PC settings;
Knowledge: CTOS Product knowledge (training provided)
Must have: MySQL.
Good to have: ITIL v3.
