Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)
This position provides IT hardware support assistance to the office and store operations staffs/users.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintains effective communication with the office users and the retail operation team
- Works with respective internal technologies teams and functions to deliver support and services to the retail operations staff.
- Manages and works with vendors, outsourcers and contractors to provide services of (but not limited to):
- Project request
- Provides on-site support services covering local business operation including office and store's users.
- Provide IT hardware deployment services.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Sound knowledge and experience in IT support services
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in supporting Windows OS, basic networking and POS system is a plus
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skill in both spoken and written English
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus. Engineer requires to be in contact with the customer located in China and Hong Kong.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in IT related fields
- Minimum of 2-years' experience in IT hardware/software support
- Full time job
