What you will do to achieve our mission :

• Provide technical support to clients that are using any of the IT solutions from our product catalogue
• Facilitate support between client and product principle
• Conduct technical Demo and POC for clients and prospects on the proposed IT solutions
• Assist in solution implementation
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Work Hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Requirements

• 1-3 Years experience in IT Support (Supporting general IT Infrastructure related issue like workstation, server, network issues, printer, antivirus, software installation and hardware related issues).
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Basic knowledge in cloud infrastructure (Provisioning and configuration of cloud server hosting).
• Basic knowledge in Machine virtualization (Provisioning and configuration of virtual machines (VMWare and Hyper-V)).
• Basic knowledge in command line interface.
• Familiar with TCP/IP protocols.
• Knowledgeable in basic coding is an added advantage.
• Good presentation skills is an added advantage.
