Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)
- Provide technical support to end-users of accounting and inventory solution
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to user
- Design, develop, test scenarios and test cases and deploy the application
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on virtual server, windows server, network connection
- Responsible for creation of all system documentation, prepare backup procedures, and ensure these are kept up to date
- In charge of server preventive maintenance, back-up procedures, network and PC
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in implementation & technical support of accounting or inventory software
- Experience with setup & maintenance of windows servers, virtual machines (HyperV, Citrix) remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
- Motivated in problem solving
- Able to work as a team and independently
