IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST - with Great Benefits

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 

• Support IT infrastructure and operations covering systems software, networks, servers and end-user terminals.
• Performing POS setup and implementation, maintenance, support and troubleshooting for problems related to IT infrastructure (hardware and software) and business application system.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Support user account administration for Corporate Email, ERP and data services.
• Provide user support as per request and investigate or troubleshoot issues at the highest priority.
• Document the inventories of number of software licenses, number of notebooks & desktops, and number of MS Office licenses to be tracked by device asset or serial numbers and by users.
• Work with external service providers to implement new projects or upgrades.
• Develop and maintain adequate IT documentations and policies for the Group.
• Provide ad hoc on-site or remote end-user technical support to offices, stores and franchisees.
• Ad hoc IT job will assign time to time when needed.
• Helpdesk coordinator to log and follow up the pending cases.
• Manage DMB content update when it is needed.
• Availability to work on weekends, as required, to provide support during peak operational hours.
• Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent issues outside regular business hours.

REQUIREMENTS : 

• Minimum Education - Diploma/Degree in IT
• Proven work experience and have at least 3 years of working experience in IT Operations with retails/F&B industry and background
• Knowledge in Servers, Network Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
• Enthusiasm for problem-solving and able to work in fast-pace environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively.
• Cyber Security certification such as CEH, CISM or CISSP is an advantage
