Job Description
- Resolves client requests or problems at customer sites in desktop peripherals, networking hardware, desktop OS, servers, and other peripherals or related software.
- Serves as primary support liaison between Company and customer and attends to customer onsite.
- Provide hardware support (desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and printers) and application support at the desktop support level.
- Keep the customer informed of the work done after resolution and update the customer on the status and action plan when problems are pending.
- Involved in any additional follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and submit timely status/project/service reports to meet SLA.
- Update project or call status in real-time to the Call Center or Helpdesk.
- Provide accurate and timely inputs to the Call Center on the whereabouts and status of work.
- Adhere to ISO standards as required by the Company.
- Communicate customer feedback to the Supervisor, Quality Team, or Operations Manager.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- At least one year of customer support experience/technical in the related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge of PC hardware, Operating Systems, and printers.
- Good communication skills, patience, and maturity to deal with difficult situations.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply in related fields.
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Must own transportation to perform onsite case.
