• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware components, including RAM, hard drives, and graphics cards.
• Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as necessary to optimize system performance.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and maintenance activities.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware devices and equipment.
• Follow established procedures and best practices for IT hardware management and support.

KNOWLEDGE:

• 1-3 years of experience in IT hardware troubleshooting in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals.
  Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware-related issues in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or similar are a plus, but not required.
