JTAG TEST ENGINEER - Join a Leading Company

Job Responsibilities: -

• Lead overall inline SMT Jtag Tester operation in ensuring Tester and line efficiency in good condition, in terms of:-    

1. SMT Line Operation 
2. Tester / Fixture and Probe maintenance
3. TestStand Software and Test Script Development

• Lead Technician(s) to support shift operation and ensure Jtag operations are running smoothly.
• Responsible for machine maintenance, spare part management, calibration and / or required license lifetime.
• Solving / debugging of Jtag Technical problems and to analyse the root cause of such problem.
• Solving / debugging of Jtag Machines upon high false call for the purpose of checking on any software, firmware or hardware issue(s).
• Study cycle time improvement if it is required.
• To continue review and improve the process strategy and measurement related to Jtag operations.
• Adhere to global SOP and work instruction (JES) related with Jtag operations by working with Quality Management System (QMS).       

Job Requirement: -

• Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of Degree in Computer Engineering, Electric Engineering, Electronic Engineering or any similar field.
• At least a minimum of two (2) years’ working experience in manufacturing, electronic PCBA industrial environment.
• Knowledge in NI TestStand Software, to be utilized via Jtag Tester, possessing required skills to edit or revise script which is required or requested by customer.
• Knowledge in hardware related to Jtag Tester (probe and fixture)
• Possesses special skills in Electronics and Circuit Design, Programming Languages and Microcontroller Programming.
• Strong team player with good communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
