Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full set accounts and generate relevant reports
- Control and manage end-to-end financial processes which includes collections, payment, monthly case activities and balance sheet reconciliation
- Ensure all accounting practices, controls and procedures are fully compliant with company policy
- Establish accuracy and effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and report systems
- Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system
- Liaise with external auditor by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with requirements
- Assist with any adhoc tasks required by other departments and as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel & Word. Proficiency in SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Willing to learn and able to work independently
