JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintaining quality of service in all our outlets.
• Welcoming guests at the door of the restaurant with warm greetings.
• Present menu, answer questions, take orders & makes suggestive selling regarding signature food and beverage of the restaurant.
• Prepares all drinks by following prescribed recipes and steps in preparation techniques for all the beverages and coffee drinks, not limited to, espresso, Americano coffee, latte, and cappuccino.
• To serve beverages and prepared food when waiter is busy serving other customers, like cookies, cakes and pastries.
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirement

• Candidate with no working experience and fresh graduate is welcome to apply for this position. Training will be provided.
• Specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service
• Pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance.
• Must be able to work on shift, on weekends, and on public holidays
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
