Junior Commercial Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Naue is looking for a driven, hands-on sales professional (m/f/d) to grow our business across Southeast Asia, East Asia and ANZ. You’ll own the full sales cycle for standardised products — from first contact to closed deal — while building strong customer and distributor relationships across the region.

What you’ll do 

• Actively Sell & Close Deals: Own the full sales cycle—from first contact to order confirmation.
• Lead Qualification & Needs Analysis: Qualify opportunities, identifying customer needs and suitable commercial solutions.
• Proactive Pipeline Development: Build and manage a healthy pipeline through follow-ups, outbound calling, prospecting and distributor engagement.
• Quotations with Intent to Win: Create competitive quotations, address objections, negotiate and secure purchase orders.
• Account Growth & Upsell: Increase basket size and develop long-term customer value.
• Distributor Relationship Support: Maintain regular commercial contact and follow up on opportunities.
• CRM Ownership: Ensure accurate opportunity stages, forecasts, contact data and reporting.
• Collaboration with Senior Sales & Presales: Support joint opportunities, customer visits and regional initiatives.
• Customer Experience with Commercial Focus: Manage expectations and resolve issues that could place the sale or customer relationship at risk.
• Administrative & Finance Support: Handle sales administration, invoice checks, payment follow-up and credit note coordination.
• Authority & Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation

What you bring

•  Sales Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales or a similar commercial role.
• Market Knowledge: Understanding of Southeast/East Asia and/or ANZ markets.
• Languages: Fluent Bahasa Malaysia and business English.
• Sales Mindset: Proactive, persistent, and results-driven.
• Communication: Strong communication and intercultural skills.
• Organisation: Able to manage sales and administrative tasks accurately.
• Mobility: Based in Malaysia with regional travel availability.
