Junior Executive - IT/Systems - Collaborative Environment

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintenance company IT facilities such as desktops, notebooks, printers, internet, wireless, LAN networking, storage and backup.
• Installation and configuration business application such as SAP B1, UBS, Window 7, 10, MS Office, printer driver, McAfee End Point and others application software.
• To provide the company with full technical support, troubleshooting of end user PC, software hardware, Cisco IP Phone, Teleconference phone, Webex device, printers, CCTV, photocopy/scan machines, barcode printing) and other IT matters.
• Manage and update end user Secureki OTP seed number.
• Configure for new user Cisco Unified Communication phone system, email setting, MS Outlook setting and troubleshooting.
• To liaise with users and vendors to solve IT matters.
• Perform regular OS security patches, regular upgrade antivirus to ensure the anti-virus software is up to date, troubleshooting for any virus or malware detected and PC firewall policies are secured to the company/group
• Source price for notebook, desktop, network and other IT Supplies.
• Maintain & monitoring CCTV, copier machine and toner ordering.
• Maintain an updated documentation of IT systems and network equipment.
• Performance daily backup & Weekly full backup.
• Perform IT audit, update system documentation and inventory check to make sure all hardware and software are in the right track.
• Upgrade UBS System for end user and troubleshooting for UBS connection error.
• Conduct briefing to new user application access.
• To performance any other duties and responsibility as and when required

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good understanding and hands in experience with Microsoft Windows 7 & 10, Window Server, Microsoft SQL database is mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience with DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, IIS, MAC and VMware will be an added advantage.
• Preferable with good understanding of LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, Firewall, IPS and Anti Virus technologies.
• Knowledge and exposure to SDLC and programming languages such as ASP/ Net and MS-SQL scripting will be an added advantage.
• Microsoft Office Skills.
• Good working attitude and proactive.
